Zubilo: background and attribution
Gennady Fridman designed Zubilo, released by ParaType in 2004. The publisher relates its name to a chisel and its forms to informal, roughly cut lettering. The same designer added decorative treatments in 2011, expanding the earlier design rather than replacing its authorship.

Forms, styles and what to inspect
The current listing distinguishes Black, Lined, Inline, Shadow, Rough and Round resources. These are visual treatments, not a conventional progression from light to bold. Compare the interiors and edges of the letters at final size to see which treatment remains useful.
Use the original publisher specimen to inspect those features. An alternative can share a broad role without having the same letter shapes, metrics or character coverage.
Try it in a real layout
Try a youth-magazine heading, an event poster title and a short comic caption. Use one treatment at a time before adding other effects. Keep longer reading text separate and inspect the actual script coverage needed for names and captions.
For independent comparisons, try Chewy and Knewave. Use the same wording and approximate output size. The related style guide provides broader design context.
