Snapchat Text Font: Caption Styles and Chat Text Size

Snapchat’s official caption instructions direct you to the T control on the Preview screen. Enter your words, then choose among the text styles above the keyboard. The support page documents pinch sizing, a color slider and device text-formatting options for selected text. Compare the full caption over the actual image before making it larger; a style that works on a blank area may disappear over a face or bright detail.

Snapchat’s official chat-size article explains its Dynamic Type support. Its documented iOS route is to add Text Size to Control Center, open Snapchat, open Control Center, choose aA and Snapchat Only, then adjust the size. Force-quit Snapchat or restart the phone for the change to take effect. Snapchat notes that not every text area responds. Check the chat conversation itself rather than judging the result from an image caption; this is a reading-size adjustment, not installation of a new font family.

Compare the moment the words enter with the action behind them, and keep enough quiet space for the line to be read.
