01

Identify Prioritype’s display family

Prioritype publishes Nectarine by Prio Nurokhim Aji. The foundry describes a full, rounded display design with alternate characters, ligatures and PUA encoding, and supplies OTF and TTF files. Its stated uses include posters, stickers, magazines and landing pages. The publisher’s MyFonts listing dates its debut there to August 26, 2021; this is a catalog debut, not a claim about when drawing began. The exact foundry identity matters because unrelated designers have also used the name Nectarine.

02

Choose alternates from the word outward

Begin with the default spelling of the actual title, then duplicate it before changing individual letters. Substitute one alternate at a time and inspect the gaps around that letter at the intended output size. Keep a second line with the same word in ordinary text to catch an attractive shape that could be mistaken for another character. Where an application exposes a glyph panel, select forms from the installed font rather than copying decorative characters from an unrelated online alphabet.

03

Make a sticker proof with room around the lettering

Place the short title within the final sticker outline, including its real border and any illustration. Reduce the entire design to the intended print size and check whether internal spaces remain open. Move the word away from the cut edge before shrinking it to fit. Keep ingredients, dates or contact details in a simpler companion face below the display title, and test the smallest required detail on the same proof rather than approving the oversized headline alone.

04

Check the actual package and compare other rounded faces

Prioritype’s author note on its demo distribution distinguishes a personal-use demo from the full commercial product. Use the creator’s product page to choose the package and appropriate license for the project; a demo’s limited characters should not be treated as the full family inventory. The Fredoka, Baloo 2 and Lilita One specimens on this page are independent rounded-display comparisons, not Nectarine files. Try a real product name and a subtitle in each to compare width, visual weight and how much supporting text the layout can hold.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Your questions, answered.

Does the Nectarine demo contain the complete commercial character set?

The creator labels the distributed demo as a personal-use version and directs commercial users to the full product. Check the purchased package rather than assuming the demo includes every alternate.

Are the rounded fonts previewed here Nectarine?

No. They are independent comparison families. Follow the original Prioritype source to inspect Nectarine itself and confirm the product identity.
