Bubble Font Generator

Give your letters a little breathing room.

Create bubble-style text by putting supported Latin letters and digits 0–9 into Unicode circles. Type your words, compare mixed-case, uppercase, and lowercase results, then copy a line. This tool makes text characters; it does not produce a downloadable font file or a hand-drawn bubble-letter image.

Letters outside a style’s supported alphabet stay unchanged. Always test the result in the app where you’ll use it.

01

Make bubble letters in three steps

Write a short phrase in the input, select a letter-case style, and copy the result into your app. Start with a simple greeting or a display name so you can judge the spacing. If a platform rejects the result, keep your username plain and try the decorative text in a caption instead.

For a different look with the same copy-and-paste workflow, compare the cursive generator or bold text.

02

Where the circled characters come from

The Unicode Enclosed Alphanumerics block includes circled Latin capitals and lowercase letters. For example, Ⓐ is the circled capital A, while ⓐ is its lowercase counterpart. These are encoded symbols, rather than a circle drawn around ordinary text by this website. See Unicode’s character list.

That background explains the appearance of this generator’s output. It should not be mistaken for a complete history of rounded display lettering or graffiti, which are different subjects.

The generator also converts each ASCII digit separately: 0 becomes ⓪ and 1–9 become ①–⑨. A multi-digit string keeps its separate digits: 12 becomes ①②, rather than one circled twelve. See the Unicode Enclosed Alphanumerics chart for the encoded characters.

03

Copyable circles versus printable bubble lettering

Choose circled text when you need a short line that behaves like text. For a poster, coloring sheet, or logo with thick outlines, choose a drawing tool or licensed display typeface instead. A text character cannot preserve custom outlines, shadows, or colors when pasted into a plain-text field.

If you are comparing decorative text with real typefaces, our Unicode and fonts guide explains the difference.

04

Keep your message readable

Circled characters take up room, so a short line usually works better than a paragraph. Check how a line wraps in its destination before publishing. Each supported letter and digit is converted independently; punctuation, spaces and unsupported letters remain as entered. Keep important identifiers in ordinary text when a field requires them.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Your questions, answered.

Is bubble text an image?

No. The results here are Unicode text characters with circled letter shapes. You can select and copy them like other text.

Can I make printable outline bubble letters here?

This page produces circled text, not outline artwork. Use a drawing or design tool for printable lettering with custom outlines.

Why does the spacing change in another app?

The destination chooses its own fonts and layout. The copied characters stay the same, but their drawn shapes and spacing may vary.

Can I make bubble numbers?

Yes. Digits 0–9 become individual circled characters in every case option. A year such as 2026 stays four separate circled digits. This is copyable text, not a printable outline-number drawing.
