Noah: background and attribution

Fontfabric lists Noah’s release as February 4, 2019. Its credits distinguish direction by Svet Simov and Radomir Tinkov from design by Stan Partalev and Radomir Tinkov. The sans-serif system explores different lowercase heights through related branches rather than providing only a sequence of heavier outlines.

Read the publisher’s family page for the source account and the edition currently offered. Keep a family name distinct from its particular release, width or optical branch.

02

Forms, styles and what to inspect

Noah, Noah Text, Noah Head and Noah Grotesque are distinct subfamilies. The publisher offers a free selection of Regular, Bold and their italics in the Noah branch, alongside the wider paid collection. Do not describe the complete collection as free. Compare each branch at the same point size to judge its lowercase proportions.

Use the original publisher specimen to inspect those features. An alternative can share a broad role without having the same letter shapes, metrics or character coverage.

03

Try it in a real layout

Prepare a heading and a short reading paragraph, then compare branch choices without changing the wording. Check actual line wrapping before replacing one with another. Use the publisher’s package details to establish the exact free selection and included terms.

For independent comparisons, try Manrope and Open Sans. Use the same wording and approximate output size. The related style guide provides broader design context.
