Read the dated print system in its original manual
The Keller Williams Quick Reference Guide, version 10.13v1, identifies Helvetica Neue for printed collateral and headlines, including affiliate-logo use, and Adobe Garamond for longer body copy. Its specimen lists several regular-width and condensed Helvetica Neue cuts, with roman and italic Garamond choices. This is a documented print specification, not proof of one universal current website font. Keep the guide version and the intended role attached to an attribution instead of mixing logo lettering, property copy and a later digital application.
Separate the address from the property explanation
For an original property-information exercise, compose a fictional address, a short summary and a longer description. Keep the address and essential figures easy to locate, then give the paragraph enough width for natural word spacing. Compare a condensed heading with a regular-width heading while leaving the paragraph unchanged. Avoid using a condensed cut as a last-minute way to squeeze every line into a small box; shortening the summary or changing its line break may preserve a clearer information hierarchy.
Treat an affiliate lockup and editable copy as different assets
Leave a fixed area for authorized identity artwork when working from a supplied brand system, and compose the property information separately. Inter and Crimson Text provide independent sans-and-serif comparisons, not the specified commercial fonts or approved Keller Williams lockups. The homepage character-style generator explores Unicode wording for copying. It does not install Helvetica Neue, Adobe Garamond or a branded template; use the relevant original manual and resource for those tasks.
Use the supplied signature rather than retyping it
The same source guide requires supplied logo artwork and identifies Realty in the relevant affiliate treatment as a custom component provided through a template. A supporting typeface specification does not make the complete signature ordinary editable text. Keep that asset separate from the property heading and longer description. For family background, follow the Neue Helvetica guide and Garamond guide without treating those resources as replacement logo files.
Your questions, answered.
Does this manual establish every current Keller Williams website font?
No. The cited version provides a particular documented print system. A later or digital application needs its relevant specification.
Should a property paragraph automatically use the headline treatment?
Compare the two reading roles separately. A concise address and a longer description need different measures and hierarchy even within one design.
