Berton Hasebe developed Druk in connection with Bloomberg Businessweek’s typography needs. Commercial Type describes a deliberately forceful design direction, drawing on dramatic editorial layouts and historic heavy grotesks rather than trying to cover every everyday sans-serif role.

Read the publisher’s family page for the source account and the edition currently offered. Keep a family name distinct from its particular release, width or optical branch.

Druk, Druk Wide and Druk Text explore different proportions and settings. Wide is not simply an ordinary Druk outline stretched horizontally. Inspect the actual branch and weight in the publisher specimen.
