Calisto MT Font

Ron Carpenter designed Calisto MT with classical proportions and a slightly calligraphic treatment. Microsoft emphasizes its even paragraph texture and ability to work at both text and display sizes.

The official family entry provides the source account and the listed edition’s information. A broader family name may cover other releases; keep the exact version clear when comparing files or documenting a project.

Try several lines of reading copy and then enlarge the title. Compare the proportions and serif details separately rather than assuming one sample size tells the whole story.

Use representative wording: include names, punctuation, numbers and any script you need. A family name alone does not establish that a particular installed edition contains every required character or typographic feature.
