01

Borsok: background and attribution

Pixel Surplus distributes Borsok by Dastan Miraj as a bold display design. Its listing positions the face for short, prominent lettering such as branding, packaging and posters. That gives a useful starting role without suggesting it was created for long-form reading or claiming an undocumented historical revival.

Read the publisher’s family page for the source account and the edition currently offered. Keep a family name distinct from its particular release, width or optical branch.

02

Forms, styles and what to inspect

The distributor describes smooth, bold forms and lists uppercase, lowercase, numerals, punctuation and symbols with multilingual support. Inspect the original sample for the letters and accents your wording needs. A general multilingual description does not establish coverage of every script or language.

Use the original publisher specimen to inspect those features. An alternative can share a broad role without having the same letter shapes, metrics or character coverage.

03

Try it in a real layout

Compare a snack-package name, a three-word headline and a small flavor label. Reserve enough space between a heavy title and surrounding graphics. If the smaller label becomes cramped, give it a separate text face rather than forcing the display design into every role.

For independent comparisons, try Fredoka and Chewy. Use the same wording and approximate output size. The related style guide provides broader design context.
