Underware developed Bello through hand sketching and lettering, then separated the system into flowing Script and sturdier Caps resources. The foundry presents it as a brush typeface for headline sizes. The contrast between those treatments is a central part of the design, rather than a conventional regular-versus-bold pairing.

Bello Script uses ligatures and beginning and ending swashes to create connections that feel less mechanically repeated. Bello Caps provides an upright companion. The creator’s feature documentation explains how the decorative resources work; inspect the actual selected font and application before assuming every flourish appears automatically.

Use the original publisher specimen to inspect those features. An alternative can share a broad role without having the same letter shapes, metrics or character coverage.

Try a short brush-script heading with a caps subtitle. Compare the basic word first, then add only the swashes that improve its overall shape. Check repeated letter combinations and leave enough room around extended strokes at the final output size.
